Cancellation, Rescheduling, and Refund Policy:

Cancellations: Full Refund: Available if cancellation occurs at least 48 hours before scheduled time.
Cancellation Fee: HKD 200 if cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the scheduled time.
Rescheduling: Advance Notice Required: At least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
Short-Notice Rescheduling: Subject to availability, within 24 hours of the meeting time.
Refund Processing: Refunds processed within 7 business days through the original payment method.

Additional Fees and Policies:
Late Arrivals: Consultation will be shortened to end at the initially scheduled time.
Extra Time: Additional fees of HK$XXX per 5-minute increment for extended meetings.

Cancellation and Rescheduling:

Changes or cancellations must be made up to 36 hours before the appointment to avoid penalties.
Cancellations within 36 hours will incur a handling fee of HKD 150.
Any bank charges related to the refund will also be borne by the customer.
Failure to attend the appointment or arriving more than 20 minutes late will be considered as utilizing the service, and no refund will be provided.

Refund Policy

Refunds for cancellations are processed after deducting a HKD 150 handling fee and any applicable bank charges.
Refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7 business days.

Service Scope

Services provided include Bazi analysis, name changes (personal and corporate), inquiries, date selection, and Feng Shui consultations.
Each service is considered one-time and will be completed following either an on-site or online analysis.
Please be aware that any additional questions or services requested after the initial consultation will be treated as separate engagements and will require a new appointment and payment.
